ES Consulting is led by President and owner Ms. Elena Savona, a senior consultant with over two decades of experience delivering impactful solutions in energy, sustainability, and program management. Elena specializes in energy efficiency and solar initiatives, sustainability and capital planning, and energy infrastructure research and analysis. Elena’s work spans federal and public sector programs, with deep expertise in proposal development and strategic execution.
